This acquisition, which took place in 2024, signals a change in ownership and management. As of January 1, 2025, C-VUE (SHANGHAI) has taken over responsibilities for all sales, marketing, product development, technical support, and service activities.

As part of this transition, the VUE USA office was officially closed on December 31, 2024, with all operations now being managed by C-VUE (SHANGHAI).

Founded in 2012, VUE Audiotechnik has built a strong reputation for its innovative designs and cutting-edge audio technology. VUE products are widely used in concert tours, music venues, amusement parks, restaurants, resorts, cruise ships, and corporate buildings worldwide. C-VUE (SHANGHAI) will now lead all global marketing, sales, and after-sales activities for VUE Audiotechnik. This strategic move aims to enhance the customer experience, streamline operations, and reinforce the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

In conjunction with the acquisition, C-VUE (SHANGHAI) is excited to introduce new products that will further enhance its audio offerings. Furthermore, C-VUE (SHANGHAI) is now exclusively eligible to use the registered trademark VUE Audiotechnik in all relevant countries, preserving and extending the brand’s legacy and reputation for excellence globally.
