VUE Establishes Deeper Roots in China

Genesis Technologies Designs all-VUE Upgrade for Binnerri Presbyterian Church

Located in the Dallas suburb of Richardson, Binnerri Presbyterian Church is one of the oldest and largest Korean American Churches in Texas. Hosting three services every Sunday, the day begins with a more traditional format that includes choir and mostly spoken word, and then concludes with a youth-oriented gathering complete with guitar, bass, and drums.
Recently the church’s aging sanctuary underwent a major remodeling that included a full redo of the audio, video lighting systems. Designed and installed by Auburn, Virginia-based Genesis Technology, the new, fully modern AV system is centered around VUE’s al-4 Subcompact Line Array System.

VUE Mints Iconic Live Venue Installation in Los Angeles

When Todd Christiansen, owner of the legendary Los Angeles Mint Club, set out to retrofit the venue’s 20-year-old sound system, he had two main objectives. First, he wanted to enhance sightlines in the low-ceilinged 1937-era building, and second, he was looking for a state of the art system befitting of a club that’s hosted some of music’s greatest performers, including Stevie Wonder, Willie Dixon, Natalie Cole and Ray Charles; as well as more contemporary acts such as Ben Harper, Macy Gray, and The Wallflowers.

VUE Wraps the Italian Summer Festival Season at Indiegeno

According to Sinergie’s Livio Spallino, the festival was a great example of how VUE provides Sinergie with a competitive edge, and has helped make them the go-to sound company on the Italian music festival circuit. “The Indiegeno Festival was essentially 6 live venues packaged into one festival. With each new day we had to design a system with diffusion suitable for particular circumstances ranging from squares in ancient villages to nature reserves and beaches. Thanks to Sinergie’s Rosario “Saro” Tinè as the Festival’s resident FOH engineer, and the flexibility and sonic character of VUE’s Continuous Source Topology, we were able to configure systems that delivered each and every night. With VUE in our arsenal, we know we can take on these sorts of complex projects and exceed client, and audience, expectations every single time.”

VUE Powers Landmark Italian Summer Mengo Music Festival

Tucked in the foothills 50 miles southeast of Florence, the 13th-annual Mengo Music Fest in Arezzo took place this past July. Sinergie supplied a VUE system to support more than 30 Italian, European, and international indie-rock and electronic acts performing over the course of the four-day, free music festival. Headliners included The Zen Circus, Fast Animals and Slow Kids, Levante, and Salmo.

Sinergie deployed two FOH al-12 main hangs along with h-8s as front fills and six ground-stacked hs-221 double 21” infrasonic ACM™ subwoofers. Stage monitoring was entrusted to a mix of hm-212’s and hm-112’s, with hs-221’s and hs-20’s for stage fill and drum monitor subwoofer support.
